Summer has arrived and with the school holidays looming many of us are taking our summer holidays at the same time as the children. With this in mind there are lots of summer events in Solihull for the whole family to look forward to.
Solihull Garden Festival
This event starts tomorrow (Thurs 10th July until 19th July). Mel square will be set alive with garden festivities hosting a vast programme of floriculture entertainment including a secret garden, art installations, kid’s workshops, fashion shows and celeb chefs.
With plenty of green surprises yet to be announced, this festival is set to excite both adults and children.

Shirley Carnival takes place on (Saturday 12th July) at 12.30pm until 4.30pm. This action packed day promises to be a blockbuster of an event for the whole family, with stalls, refreshments and entertainment.
Come along and support this event as all proceeds go to a good cause.
There is an entrance fee of £1.00 per person.

Throughout the school holidays, Becketts Farm will be hosting ‘Funday Mondays’ from July 28th until 25th August.
Exciting activities will involve a huge assortment circus so you can learn new skills, creative arts & crafts, inflatable fun, face painting, gift & craft stalls and a BBQ.
And to make your day more exciting we will have the guys from Touch FM playing your favourite tunes all day long from their ‘Buzz Box’!
With entry from only £1, there are lots of activities to keep the kids occupied every Monday over the summer holidays.
Working alongside Circus Mash, there are lots of circus skills and tricks for children of all ages to get involved with.
On the last of the five Funday Mondays, Bank Holiday 25th August, Circus Mash will perform their incredible Ariel display for all to enjoy!
